Privacy policy

Last updated: 1 November 2026

This policy explains what personal information Nanovie collects on this website and on the Project Navie reading site, why, and what you can do about it.

What we collect

  • Newsletter: your email address and when you agreed, if you subscribe on this website. You don’t need an account. If you later create a reading site account with the same address, your subscription moves into that account.
  • Contact form: your name, email address and message, if you write to us.
  • Reading site account: your email address, username, your email choices (new chapters, Nanovie news) and the comments you post.
  • Guest comments: the name and comment you post. Your password is stored encrypted, and nobody can read it.
  • Reactions and reading settings: a random ID and your text size and theme, stored in your own browser.

Why we use it

To send the emails you asked for, reply to your messages, show your comments under your name, and keep the site free of spam. We don’t sell your information or use it for advertising.

Who handles it for us

[List your providers, e.g. Supabase (newsletter list, accounts and comments), the service that sends our emails, Formspree (contact form) and your web host.]

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe, delete your account, or ask us to remove it. Messages from the contact form are kept only as long as needed to reply.

Your choices

  • Unsubscribe with the link in any email.
  • Change your email choices, or delete your account and comments, from your account on the reading site.
  • Ask what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, through the contact form.
