Who gets emails
Reader accounts are added from their account choices, and newsletter readers from the Nanovie site once they click the link in their confirmation email. Sending a newsletter updates this list first.

Newsletter
Only confirmed readers who asked for Nanovie news receive this. Chapter updates go out automatically when a new chapter becomes public; chapters already out are never announced again.

Export a fresh CSV before each newsletter, so readers who unsubscribed are left out. Admin accounts, including your own, can’t be deleted from here.

Your chapters are still only in the js/chapters folder
Import them once to edit, hide, schedule and reorder them here. After that, the site reads chapters from here, and saving a chapter also updates its file.
